If you happen to have an old smartphone or tablet collecting dust somewhere, now you have a better option. Picket turns your spare smartphones and tablets into home surveillance cameras that you can watch while you’re away. It helps you find out if your package arrived, monitor your baby, check if the kids are home from school, or see what your dog and cat are up to.

Picket utilizes any Android phone or tablet running Gingerbread version 2.3 or greater and leverages its Internet connectivity and advanced video and audio sensors. Installing Picket on two devices allows you to set up a Camera at your desired location, while carrying the other device with you as a Viewer. By logging in with the same Google account, you can stay connected to your loved ones through WiFi or 3G/4G from anywhere in the world. With Picket's unique motion detection feature and integration with Google Drive and Dropbox, you can enjoy peace of mind without having to constantly monitor the live feed.

MONITOR LIVE 24/7: Install Picket on your spare device and pocket phone. Sign in with any Gmail account as 'camera' and 'viewer'. Place the spare device anywhere of interest at home - the kitchen, the garage, or your office. Use the pocket phone to monitor live footage anywhere with an internet connection.

MOTION DETECTION: Enjoy peace of mind without constantly keeping an eye on things. Picket provides an automated motion detection schedule. When motion is detected, it triggers a siren alarm to scare away intruders. By linking your Google Drive and Dropbox to both the camera and viewer, WardenCam can also upload motion videos to your cloud storage. You can even enable 24/7 recording in the settings. Simple and secure!

RECEIVE ALERT: Get an immediate alert when an intruder is detected, the kids arrive home from school, or your elderly relatives are going about their day. Play back event recordings from the cloud storage.

TWO-WAY AUDIO: Communicate while watching the live stream. Send voice messages to the camera device to prevent negative actions before they occur.
